The Adecco Group, world leader in human resources solutions, is joining Movin'On - the international reference platform for ecosystemic innovation - as a member of the Corporate Advisory Board, alongside some thirty other major players. Decarbonisation of land transport, hydrogen strategy, energy transition, digital transformation and smart cities are at the heart of this commitment to innovate for the future of sustainable mobility.

By joining this ecosystem, which was initiated by the Michelin Group in 2017 and now brings together more than 300 public and private players, the Adecco Group intends to respond to the challenges of sustainable mobility of the future, positioning skills at the heart of circular economy, energy and technological transition. This commitment, the result of an exchange between Florent Menegaux, CEO of the Michelin Group, and Denis Machuel, CEO of the Adecco Group, at the recent Choose France summit, reflects the desire to place people at the heart of the transformation of our organisations. Through its various activities - Akkodis, LHH, Adecco - the Adecco Group aims to support mobility players in their drive for change, as a strategic partner in digital engineering, employment and training.

To achieve this, The Adecco Group, through the Adecco, LHH and Akkodis business experts and solutions, is committed to:

• Taking part in discussions on innovative solutions for sustainable mobility, in particular the decarbonisation of land transport and technological transition - in line with its actions in the industrial, automotive and transport sectors;

• Helping to identify and create the skills needed for the tomorrow’s economy by anticipating needs and upskilling talent;

• Participating in research and development by encouraging the creation of Movin'On Communities of Interest, such as Upskilling Europe, which was launched on 13th February 2024.
