Movin’On Sustainable Mobility Fund

The Movin’On Sustainable Mobility Fund was founded in 2018 by the Michelin Corporate Foundation and la Manufacture Française des Pneumatique. It’s aim is to helping to protect the environment through initiatives in order to combat global warming, reduce CO2 and increase sustainable mobility by supporting education and research and innovation in CO2 reduction and the transport of people and goods.

 

From 2018 to 2020, it has been responsible for organizing the Movin’On Summit, an information-sharing, brainstorming and support event for public and private sector mobility players, aimed at creating a safer, cleaner, more efficient and more inclusive mobility that respects the environment and ecological balances.

 

It has also been active in the development of the Movin’On LAB, a global ecosystem of companies, based in Europe and North America, working together to find new solutions for sustainable Mobility (more details in www.movinonconnect.com)

 

In 2022, the fund has sustained 2 important projects with the France-Japan foundation of the Ecole de Hautes Etudes de Sciences Sociales, in France and the Solar Impulse Foundation.
The Movin’On Sustainable Mobility fund has been definitely closed on december 31, 2022.
