The private sector, because it is directly in touch with the aspirations of its customer-citizens and of society as a whole, and because it has the R&D, industrial, financial and large-scale deployment levers at its disposal, is an essential link between political decisions and public demands. It has the means to federate everyone's efforts to effectively and sustainably change current mobility into sustainable mobility.
