Generations Z and Y: telecommuting and new mobility trends

The pandemic has changed the way we think about work and how we travel. In the latest Movin'On survey conducted by Kantar, 18-34 year olds are not interested in the old dogmas surrounding mobility. Their credo is to mix and match according to their desires. Adept at telecommuting, they reject forced mobility to travel to the office or factory every day. As mentalities evolve, this young generation is in favour of "hybrid travel". They want to travel less often but for longer to experience a mix of work and tourism.

To talk about it, we welcome in this episode:

• Leslie Belton Chevallier, Sociologist of Mobilities and co-author of the Manual of Sociology of Geographical Mobilities.

• Benoît Serre, Deputy Vice-President of the National Association of Human Resources Directors (ANDRH)

• Karim Malak, General Manager of the Adagio France hotel chain.
